Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to join our Shared Services team. This role supports complex government programs, handles T&M, Labor Hour, and Fixed Price subcontracts, and ensures compliance with FAR/DFAR procurement policies.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of subcontract experience, a bachelor’s degree, and a solid understanding of cost accounting principles. Remote-work opportunity within the United States is available, with occasional meetings in Reston, VA, or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–4 years minimum in subcontracts administration for various contract types.
• Experience with Federal Government contracting and FAR/DFAR.
• Understanding of cost accounting principles and direct/indirect cost factors.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate and administer subcontracts (T&M, LH, FP, Cost Reimbursable) per government requirements.
• Create compliant subcontract files under an approved purchasing system.
• Advise program staff on subcontract management approaches and compliance.
• Review solicitations to ensure flow-downs and requirements are included.
• Perform price and cost analysis and negotiate terms.
• Support post-award subcontract management and track performance criteria.
