• Run Studio project intake, prioritization, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks and action items.
• Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings and partner communications.
• Track workload and capacity across Studio resources.
• Track vendor timelines, budgets, statements of work and milestones.
• Support contractor onboarding, contracting and vendor governance.
• Support BMLDS Talent development goals and tasks.
• Monitor project and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Help ensure the team has the information, resources and approvals needed to complete work.
• Support the adoption of new tools, capabilities and ways of working.
• Support talent development, skills enablement planning and implementation.
