Altria in Richmond, VA is seeking a Project Manager Studio Operations & Capability Enablement to support The Studio, an internal creative agency, by driving project visibility, resource coordination, and workflow management.

You will handle intake, timelines, priorities, cross‑functional coordination, and day‑to‑day project needs, enabling designers and copywriters to focus on creative execution across agencies, vendors, and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of project management, marketing operations, creative operations, or agency experience.
• Experience with Adobe Workfront or a similar project-management platform.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Collaborative approach and ability to drive work to completion.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with limited supervision.
• Ability to work effectively across internal teams, vendors, and agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Project and workflow management across Studio initiatives.
• Manage Studio project intake, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate priorities and resources across partners.
• Facilitate kickoffs, status meetings, and partner communications.
• Track workload, capacity, and vendor timelines.
• Support onboarding of contractors and vendor governance.
• Support Talent development goals and departmental tasks.
