Altria Client Services LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Relationship Management - Growth, Strategy, & International in Richmond, VA with a hybrid work schedule and potential for remote arrangements. You will translate enterprise strategy into scalable technology capabilities, helping international growth and long-term business value.

You will influence technology investments, support acquisitions, and develop capabilities to scale globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA or other comparable degree preferred.
• 10+ years of combined experience across business technology, business strategy, corporate development, and/or global technology strategy, with a demonstrated understanding of both business and technology strategies.
• Direct, hands-on experience within a technology organization supporting a U.S.-headquartered company with domestic and international subsidiaries, affiliates, or start-up businesses, including governance, operating models, local requirements, regulatory considerations, and scalable technology needs.
• Demonstrates ability to navigate sophisticated global business environments and translate business strategy into executable technology plans that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Experience supporting the technology needs of acquisitions and strategic partnerships, including due diligence, Day 1 readiness, and integration planning, preferred.
• Demonstrates a consultative, structured problem-solving style; ability to clarify ambiguous business challenges and relate technology investments to growth and value creation.
• Willingness to travel internationally 2-4 times per year; CB RM, PMP, or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership across growth and international functions, developing business technology strategies and outcomes.
• Building relationships with business leaders and translating strategy into actionable technology roadmaps and scalable capabilities across international markets.
• Guiding Strategy and Corporate Development on technology requirements related to acquisitions and alliance formations, including evaluation and integration planning.
• Advising on technology operating models and governance between U.S. HQ and international affiliates, balancing standards with local requirements.
• Identifying gaps between current and future state technology capabilities and shaping enterprise-scale solutions.
• Leading development and prioritization of technology portfolios based on business impact and enterprise value.
• Quantifying and communicating the value of digital investments (productivity, cost savings, risk mitigation, growth).
• Driving innovation by identifying emerging technologies, including AI, and facilitating design-thinking across global operations.
