Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; three years of experience in higher education advising, student success, or enrollment support.
• Experience supervising or leading a team and achieving goals.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and reporting tools.
• Availability for occasional evenings and weekends; master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Student Success Navigator team and oversee outreach, caseload management, and service standards.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff; coordinate caseloads and referrals with campus partners.
• Use data to improve team performance and student support; maintain referral processes and alerts.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Academic Advising, Student Financial Services, and other offices; cover caseloads as needed.
