Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in higher education advising, admissions, student support, or enrollment management preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to manage a caseload and coordinate with multiple offices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for a caseload of new undergrads.
• Initiate contact promptly by phone and written communication.
• Guide students through enrollment transition, including aid, housing, and billing.
• Document all contacts in the designated case-management system.
