Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in higher education advising or enrollment management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the assigned point of contact for a caseload of new undergraduate students.
• Initiate contact with newly assigned students promptly by telephone and written communication.
• Guide students through the transition from enrollment commitments to the first day of class, including financial aid, housing, and billing.
• Maintain proactive, regular contact with students via phone, text, email, and meetings.
• Document all student contacts, alerts, referrals, and outcomes in the case-management system.
• Collaborate with academic advising, Student Financial Services, housing and dining, academic support services, and Student Affairs.
• Refer significant personal or academic concerns to the appropriate office and follow up within the caseload.
