Job summary

Lindenwood University is seeking a Student Success Navigator to be the primary contact for a caseload of new undergraduates through their second year. You will engage students regularly, guiding them from enrollment to first-day class and coordinating resources from advising to financial aid.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, documentation in CRM, and coordinated referrals to Student Affairs and academic support services, with a focus on retention and student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Proven experience in higher education advising or enrollment management is preferred.
• Strong ability to manage a caseload with timely follow-ups and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for a caseload of new undergraduate students through their second year.
• Initiate contact promptly by phone and written communication to introduce resources.
• Guide students through enrollment, financial aid, housing, billing, and system access.
• Maintain proactive outreach via phone, text, email, and in-person/virtual meetings.
• Refer significant concerns to appropriate offices and document all interactions in the CRM.
