Job summary

ACCEL Schools is seeking a remote Success Coach for Mountain Community Online School (MCOS). You will onboard families, monitor attendance, coordinate timely interventions, and guide 125-student caseload toward course progress and Climb Higher Projects.

You’ll partner with the School Director, teachers, and families, travel occasionally for events, and help ensure strong engagement in a fully online, statewide program serving grades 4–8 across North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and trust-building with students and families.
• Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent student relationships with organization.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new and returning students and families; manage onboarding tasks.
• Monitor attendance and engagement; coordinate timely interventions.
• Maintain accurate records of contact, intervention, and progress; support Climb Higher projects.
