Job summary

Kaplan Higher ED is seeking a Student Success Manager - Nursing to recruit, enroll, and guide a diverse cohort of students through undergraduate and graduate programs. You will advise prospective students from initial contact through graduation, ensuring comprehensive support throughout their academic journey.

The role requires coordinating onboarding and providing financial guidance, with a focus on outcomes and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree with a focus in Business, Education, Psychology, or Communications.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience counseling/advising, stellar customer service and/or sales concierge service, management of a large customer base.
Two years of experience for every year of education required or enroll in a degree-seeking program if no degree.
Strong proficiency with technology for student management and engagement.
Familiarity with student information systems and CRM tools (Cvue, SRM(SalesForce), CampusLogic, Brightspace, Canvas, Slate).
Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Apps for Work.
Excellent consultative sales and problem solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication, listening, time management, organization, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Recruitment and Enrollment: recruit and enroll qualified students through calls, emails, chat, and SMS.
Student Advising: guide students on career and program interests and enrollment processes.
Onboarding and Financial Guidance: manage onboarding and provide funding guidance from enrollment to graduation.
Personalized Student Support: offer tailored guidance, nurture relationships, and assist with course registration and catalog requirements.
Cohort Management: service a student cohort to meet enrollment and retention goals.
Collaboration and Compliance: work with admissions, faculty, and other departments while complying with FERPA and regulations.
Technology Utilization: use technology platforms for student management and engagement.
