Job summary

Kaplan is seeking a dedicated Student Success Manager - Nursing in the United States. The role focuses on recruiting, enrolling, and guiding diverse student cohorts through undergraduate and graduate programs with comprehensive academic support.

You will advise students from first contact to graduation, while coordinating onboarding and financial guidance. Responsibilities include cohort management, program alignment with academic policies, and using CRM tools to monitor outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with focus in Business, Education, Psychology, or Communications.
• Minimum of 3 years counseling/advising, stellar customer service and/or sales, managing a large customer base.
• Familiarity with student information systems and CRM tools (Cvue, SRM/SalesForce, CampusLogic, Brightspace, Canvas, Slate).
• Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Apps for Work.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and enroll undergraduate and graduate students, using calls, emails, chat, video chat, and SMS.
• Advise students on career and program interests and guide enrollment.
• Onboarding and financial guidance from enrollment to graduation.
• Provide personalized student support and career guidance, ensuring alignment with degree outcomes.
• Collaborate with academic/admissions and faculty to ensure program alignment and compliance with FERPA.
