Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred (Education, Nursing, or related field).
• 3+ years of progressive leadership in higher education administration.
• Experience in student services and partnership development.

Responsibilities

• Promote student persistence and success across the nursing student lifecycle.
• Oversee nursing student services team delivering proactive advising and support.
• Coordinate retention initiatives to improve progression and graduation rates.
• Track retention, progression, and intervention outcomes; prepare reports.
• Collaborate with faculty, clinical placement teams, and registrars.
• Support new student orientation and onboarding activities.
