Job summary

Reliant Capital Solutions, LLC is hiring a Remote Student Loan Recovery Specialist for Tennessee. The role involves engaging consumers to manage delinquent loans, using a consultative approach to identify suitable solutions, and negotiating balances in the best interests of all parties.

You will work Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with two late nights and occasional Saturday mornings. Full-time schedule with paid training and access to benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED required; College Degree a plus but not required.
• 1+ years’ experience preferred in Collections, Sales, Telemarketing, Medical Billing, Call Center, Customer Service, and Banking.

Responsibilities

• Provide voluntary methods for customers to best meet their financial needs.
• Act as the main point of contact for borrowers to resolve their delinquent student loans.
• Obtain necessary documentation and information from customers using technology and strong service skills.
• Maintain follow up and accurate collection records.
• Meet daily and monthly performance goals set by management.
• Remain compliant with internal and industry regulations.
