TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a Remote Collections Representative to join our expanding customer service team. This role offers work-from-home flexibility, with company-issued equipment provided and a comprehensive training program to get you started.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of tuition or private student loan collections experience, FDCPA knowledge, and strong communication skills to negotiate and resolve accounts while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Access to high-speed internet required.
• 2+ years' experience with Tuition or Private Student Loan Collections
• FDCPA knowledge
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude.
• Ability to problem solve and multitask.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts. Each call is unique…you’ll never get bored!
• Our Collections Representatives also need to ensure that all work is performed in compliance with company policies as well as local, state and federal collections laws and regulations. Detail-oriented people are a great fit!
