CIEE is a nonprofit study abroad and intercultural exchange organization seeking an International Recruitment Specialist for Seasonal Exchange Programs. This remote US-based role focuses on selling seasonal placement services and building strong host-employer relationships.

The successful candidate will bring 2+ years of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel internationally as needed to support Bridge USA program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
• Two years of sales experience with B2B or related fields preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Sell Seasonal Exchange programs to U.S. businesses.
• Prospect and cold call to gather host employer needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with host employers and camps.
• Provide hiring consultations for Bridge USA programs.
• Obtain commitments from hosts to hire Bridge USA participants.
• Represent CIEE at regional and national tradeshows.
• Collaborate with Seasonal Exchanges teams to ensure program success.
• Hire participants for host employers—onsite, overseas, or virtual.
• Maintain a complete sales database.
• Travel internationally as needed.
