Job summary

Learning Network is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to connect with families, guide them through the enrollment process, and deliver exceptional white-glove service. You will handle calls, texts, emails, and tickets, while maintaining proactive follow-up and accurate records to ensure a smooth enrollment journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of sales, admissions, enrollment, customer service, or related experience (required)
• Minimum one (1) year of education-related experience (preferred)
• Experience with Salesforce (preferred)
• Experience with Asana (preferred)
• Fluency in Spanish (preferred)
• Ability to pass required background checks (required)

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with families throughout the enrollment journey.
• Guide families through enrollment with clarity, urgency, and care.
• Monitor engagement and address questions or barriers proactively.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and progress to ensure next steps.
