Larkin University is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to support potential and enrolled students from inquiry through matriculation. The role blends admissions coordination with student access and success support, handling communications, documentation, and system updates.

You will work closely with the enrollment team to meet recruitment and enrollment goals while ensuring student-centered service and timely responses across channels.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher; bachelor’s preferred.
• 1+ year experience in administrative, admissions, enrollment, or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a student-focused service orientation.
• Ability to organize priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn CRM and SIS.
• Ability to work with diverse populations in a team setting.

Responsabilités

• Respond to prospective, applicant, and admitted student questions via phone, email, virtual meetings, and in person, explaining requirements and deadlines.
• Review applications and documents for completeness; track missing items and enrollment steps.
• Maintain accurate records in admissions, CRM, and SIS; perform data entry and quality checks.
• Guide students through enrollment processes and connect them with the right teams for assistance.
• Support recruitment events and communications; help create marketing materials per branding guidelines.
• Track activity and generate routine reports; assist with budget and expense tracking.
