Job summary

Glean Education is looking for Structured Literacy Interventionists to deliver targeted literacy instruction to students at risk of reading difficulties. This remote role includes providing individualized support based on the Science of Reading and Structured Literacy practices.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in literacy intervention, including work with dyslexic students, and must be technologically savvy. Compensation includes a base salary for coaching sessions plus an additional stipend for supervisory duties.

Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting students with dyslexia or language-based learning.
• Extensive experience delivering literacy intervention in school or tutoring settings.
• Proven track record of meeting objectives and goals as an interventionist, coach, or administrator.

Responsibilities

• Deliver small-group and individual literacy intervention using Structured Literacy practices.
• Administer and interpret literacy assessments and monitor student growth.
• Collaborate with coaches and participate in ongoing professional learning.
