Job summary

Glean Education in California is seeking Structured Literacy Coaches to support teachers in implementing evidence-based practices to improve student literacy. Coaches will deliver structured coaching sessions virtually and create progress reports for leadership.

Preferred candidates will have a Master's degree in a related field and 5-10 years of relevant experience. This remote position offers $125 per coaching session. The contract runs from August 15 to May 15.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as a reading interventionist, instructional coach or administrator.
• Training in LETRS or similar Science of Reading training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual coaching sessions to teachers in client districts.
• Build rapport with teachers to understand their needs.
• Create monthly progress reports for Glean leadership.
