Job summary

Data & Society is seeking a full-time, temporary project coordinator for a remote position in the United States. You will coordinate cross-functional projects, manage meetings, and support senior leadership with calendars and travel.

This 6-month assignment offers a generous benefits package and a salary range of $63,500–$76,500 per year, commensurate with experience. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Strong internal communications, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multi-stage organizational projects across stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and workflow/project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional projects by maintaining project tools, processes, and documentation, scheduling and facilitating meetings, and tracking action items.
• Support strategy meetings, research pipeline checkpoints, and monthly research team meetings with agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
• Provide administrative and executive support to Senior Leadership Team members, including scheduling, travel, expense reporting, and meeting preparation.
