Job summary

HomeWorks Energy is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator for a temporary, fully remote role starting in early November and running through March 2027. You will support operations by managing data, subcontractors, and administrative tasks with close collaboration to the Operations Manager, Fleet Supervisor, and Quality Control Manager.

The position is eligible for overtime, with a $25–$30 hourly rate, and state eligibility restricted to specific states where the employer is registered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in administration or related roles preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively on a team and multitask efficiently.
• English reading, writing, and communication proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and subcontractor management in CRM and internal systems.
• Administrative support including pulling reports and fleet data.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
