Job summary

Westport Properties, Inc. is seeking a Data Project Coordinator to manage intake and delivery for data-driven projects across departments.

You will act as the primary liaison between the data team and operations, marketing, and development, ensuring timely, accurate results in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes strong communication, project scoping, and cross-functional collaboration, with a remote-enabled schedule to align with Pacific time, and a base pay range of $70,000–$80,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, quantitative, or technical field is required.
• Equivalent work experience or internships may substitute educational requirements.
• Experience coordinating analytics, data, IT, or operations projects or as an analyst who owned projects end to end.

Responsibilities

• Run intake for data team requests and log them in the tracking system.
• Scope projects with stakeholders, defining business questions and deliverables.
• Track progress, deadlines, and blockers; publish weekly status summaries.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and back to stakeholders.
• Validate deliverables by spot-checking outputs against source data with SQL/Excel.
