Job summary

KitBash is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate to help scale the business. The role reports to the COO and carries ownership of initiatives that lack a home, turning them into repeatable processes and handing them to the appropriate team for ongoing ownership.

Initially focused on discrete workstreams, you will ramp into broader programs over 6–9 months, increasing responsibility and autonomy as context grows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering ownership of projects, processes, or operations.
• Strong research skills to investigate unfamiliar legal, policy, or business questions.
• Strong project management and organizational instincts for multiple workstreams.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with modeling/analysis.
• Contract drafting or review experience.
• High general proficiency with computers and technical systems.

Responsibilities

• Legal & Compliance: first-draft contracts from templates and time-sensitive research.
• Documentation, Process Design & Automation: translate systems into clear SOPs and drive adoption.
• Data, Reporting & Analysis: support internal reporting and ad hoc analysis.
• Project & Program Management: lead cross-functional projects and drive adoption of changes.
