KitBash is hiring a Strategy & Operations Associate to scale processes, pick up projects, and build repeatable workflows. Reporting to the COO, you’ll start with discrete workstreams and ramp into broader program management across the business.

This growth role emphasizes independent execution on cross-functional initiatives, with opportunities to own future hires or vendor relationships as you prove judgment and context.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a role with ownership of projects, processes, or operations.
• Strong research skills to investigate unfamiliar questions and produce actionable recommendations.
• Strong project management and organizational instincts for multiple workstreams.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including modeling.
• Contract drafting or review experience.
• High general proficiency with computers and technical systems.

Responsibilities

• First-draft contracts from templates and regulatory research for privacy and product changes.
• Design SOPs, translate processes, and drive adoption across teams.
• Partner with the COO on internal reporting and ad hoc analysis.
• Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end and ensure adoption of changes.
