Job summary

KitBash3D LLC is hiring a Strategy & Operations Associate to help us scale more effectively. Reporting to the COO, you will own projects, questions, and systems that don’t yet have a home, delivering working, repeatable processes and handing them to the right team.

This is a growth role. In the first 6–9 months you’ll start with discrete workstreams, then ramp into broader cross‑functional programs with more autonomy as you gain context.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience contributing to or owning projects, processes, or operations.
• Strong research skills to investigate unfamiliar legal, policy, or business questions and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong project management and organizational instincts to handle multiple workstreams.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including formula-based modeling and analysis.
• Contract drafting or review experience.
• High general proficiency with computers and technical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate stakeholders across departments.
• Support business integration across KitBash's brands and drive adoption of changes.
• Develop SOPs and design processes to automate recurring work where possible.
• Partner with leadership on internal reporting and ad hoc analysis for time-sensitive decisions.
