KitBash is hiring a Strategy & Operations Associate to help scale the business. You will report to the COO and own projects that currently lack a home, turning them into working, repeatable processes you can hand to the right team.

The role starts with discrete, well-defined workstreams and grows into broader, cross-functional program management. This is a growth role designed for someone who can figure things out and execute independently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience owning projects or processes in a professional setting.
• Strong research skills to investigate unfamiliar questions and produce actionable recommendations.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with formula-based modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate stakeholders across departments.
• Draft first-draft contracts and perform regulatory/privacy research.
• Design clear SOPs and drive adoption of new processes and systems across teams.
• Partner with the COO on internal reporting and ad hoc analyses.
