Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Supply Chain Contracting Manager to develop, negotiate, and manage contracting strategies that reduce total cost of goods for Clarventa and its GPO member pharmacies.

This high‑level individual contributor role owns supplier agreements and category strategies, focusing on supply chain and cost-of-goods initiatives, with possible expansion into additional strategic efforts. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• Professional procurement, contracting, or supply management certification preferred (e.g., CPSM).
• 7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor contracting required.
• 3+ years of direct contract negotiation experience with measurable savings.
• Experience building new programs or categories under ambiguity and tight timelines preferred.
• GPO knowledge strongly preferred; PBM or specialty pharmacy experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Clarventa in the market as a supplier-facing contracting leader for supply chain and cost-of-goods categories.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and negotiations with vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms for GPO member pharmacies.
• Develop and execute category strategies and action plans to expand savings and strengthen contract structures.
• Manage a portfolio of vendor relationships and agreements, translating interests into signed contracts delivering measurable value.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contract terms and service levels.
• Ensure timely execution of agreements and extensions of pricing to eligible members.
• Collaborate with analytics, finance, operations, compliance, and legal to support contracting objectives.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to support business needs.
