Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Supply Chain Contracting Manager to develop, negotiate, and manage contracting strategies that reduce the total cost of goods and services for Clarventas and its GPO member pharmacies. This high-impact role owns supplier agreements and category strategies, with cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable savings and compliant contracts.

You will lead sourcing and negotiations, monitor performance, and drive standardization across terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in procurement, supply chain, vendor contracting, category management, or sourcing.
• 3+ years direct contract negotiation with measurable savings.
• GPO experience is highly preferred.
• Strong financial acumen including cost modeling and TCO analysis.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Represent Clarventas in the market as a supplier-facing contracting leader for supply chain and cost-of-goods categories.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and reliable service for GPO member pharmacies.
• Develop and execute category strategies and action plans to expand savings and strengthen contract structures.
• Build and manage vendor relationships and agreements to deliver measurable value.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contract terms and service levels.
• Ensure timely, accurate execution of agreements and renewals.
• Identify opportunities to aggregate volume and standardize terms to improve cost competitiveness.
• Collaborate with analytics, finance, operations, contract ops, compliance, and legal to support objectives.
