Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Specialist, Strategic Sourcing to optimize our services and indirect spend across client accounts in the United States. You will partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive cost savings, value, and sustainable sourcing practices.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of strategic sourcing experience, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with RFPs, supplier onboarding, and analytics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories.
• Strong interpersonal, organization, and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of internal/external customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing strategies, supplier relationships and program management.
• Develop and implement standardized sourcing processes for the account.
• Create sourcing plans focusing on cost savings and supplier diversity.
• Lead RFPs/bids and ensure smooth transition to operations.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Support quarterly business reviews with key suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with policies and risk management.
• Maintain data integrity across systems and documentation.
