Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in the United States is seeking a Manager, Strategic Sourcing to lead a team of sourcing professionals and drive JLL's sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management. You will analyze market trends, coordinate regional and national programs, and guide the Category Management team while ensuring client satisfaction and successful RFP processes.

The role requires a BA/BS and 5+ years in strategic sourcing; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
• Project management and business transition experience preferred.
• Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills, Organization skills, Strong Analytical Ability, and Proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university and/or 5+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of sourcing professionals to strategic outcomes.
• Be a subject matter expert in support of JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management.
• Participate with clients and internal teams to drive benefits to the client.
• Perform market trend analysis and report to stakeholders.
• Develop and coordinate regional and national programs.
• Support supplier performance programs and bidding processes.
• Guide operations teams through RFP/bid and contracting processes.
• Manage client expectations effectively.
