Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to optimize Integrated Facilities Management operations, lead market and supplier insights, and drive RFP/RFQ/RFI initiatives. The role focuses on vendor creation, spend analysis, and program implementation for clients.

You will work with field resources and stakeholders to deliver sustained benefits, ensure policy compliance, and support diversity programs across regions. This position allows remote work with US-based exposure.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent; strong procurement experience.
• Experience with RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes and execution.
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and drive supplier strategies.
• Experience with contract management and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management.
• Negotiate pricing structures and wage contracts with peers and partners.
• Analyze large data sets using Excel and other tools to derive insights.
• Collaborate with clients and JLL teams to drive measurable benefits.
• Conduct market trend analysis and report findings to stakeholders.
• Coordinate regional and national programs for procurement.
• Manage RFP processes including scope and price negotiations.
• Lead complete RFP processes for indirect procurement categories.
• Ensure compliance with JLL policies and risk management programs.
• Support diversity programs and participate in supplier performance reviews.
• Oversee contract workflows in JLL and client systems.
