Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Coordinator, Strategic Sourcing to support procurement, risk and contract compliance for supplier relationships. You will assist clients and JLL teams with questions, data entry, and use of the Sourcing technology platform.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Purchasing or Supply Chain Management, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Requires strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills with strong analytical ability.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure procurement, risk and contract compliance requirements are met.
• Provide data entry/management support via the Sourcing platform.
• Maintain contract and supplier files for compliance.
• Administer supplier onboarding documents and certificates of insurance.
• Coordinate contract negotiations with suppliers and operations teams.
• Track correspondence and maintain detailed files.
