Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Coordinator, Strategic Sourcing to ensure procurement, risk and contract compliance, with a focus on document management of supplier contracts.

You will support the client and JLL teams by data entry and management using our sourcing platform, maintain contract databases, conduct due diligence for supplier onboarding, and assist with negotiations and COI administration across platforms such as ISNetworld and Avetta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Purchasing or Supply Chain management or equivalent.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills with strong analytical ability.
• Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications; US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure procurement, risk and contract compliance requirements are met with focus on contract document management.
• Support client and JLL teams by answering questions on contracts process; data entry/management in sourcing platform.
• Maintain data integrity of contract databases and supplier files; ensure required due diligence for supplier onboarding.
• Administer supplier files, COIs, amendments, certificates of insurance and other documents.
• Coordinate negotiations with suppliers and operations teams; manage transitions and contract changes.
• Audit compliance with sourcing policies and coordinate with Legal and Risk Management; track correspondence.
