Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Sourcing Coordinator to support procurement operations remotely. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, manage supplier onboarding, and ensure contract data integrity while coordinating negotiations and compliance across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Experience with data entry and data management in procurement context.
• Familiarity with supplier onboarding due diligence and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Support client and JLL teams by answering questions related to contracts process and provide data entry/management support via SCMP technology platform.
• Ensure data integrity of contract databases and other data management tools.
• Complete due diligence for supplier onboarding, including Corrigo administration.
• Administer and maintain contract and supplier files for compliance with JLL and client requirements.
• Coordinate contract negotiation with suppliers and operations teams.
• Manage transition plans for service providers and communicate contract changes.
• Audit sourcing and contracting policies for compliance.
• Collaborate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure terms meet standards.
• Track correspondence and maintain detailed files.
