Job summary

JLL is seeking a Contracts Compliance Specialist to support supplier contracts across multiple sites in the United States, including remote roles. The role focuses on data entry, contract administration, and ensuring compliance with sourcing policies.

You will lead negotiations, maintain contract and supplier files, manage COI programs, and collaborate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to review terms; you will track correspondence and prepare bids or RFPs as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with contract management and supplier onboarding.
• Ability to administer supplier files and COI documents.
• Strong data integrity and auditing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with questions related to the contracts process and data entry via SCMP platform.
• Maintain contract database and data management tools for accuracy.
• Ensure due diligence for supplier onboarding and COI administration.
• Administer and maintain supplier files, certificates of insurance, amendments, and other documents.
• Lead contract negotiations and participate in bid events.
• Coordinate transitions for service providers and communicate contract changes.
• Audit compliance of sourcing and contracting policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to review terms.
• Track correspondence and authorizations; manage COI data across platforms.
• Prepare bids or RFPs and negotiate terms with suppliers.
