Qualifications

Demonstrated service design experience capturing customer journeys and reimagining future journeys.
Experience identifying how technology improves customer experience and value for money.
Prior experience with Public Sector bidding within Employability, Health, Justice or Contact Centre environments.
Proven ability to work with bid team and wider solution workstream stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end solutions that align with the strategy and meet affordability targets.
Lead matrix solution team and ensure effective communication to stakeholders.
Support dialogue, co-design and scoping with partners and suppliers.
Create bid narratives and edit all written material for the solution response.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with the solution.
Handover to the transition team for implementation and support lessons learned.
