Job summary

MAXIMUS seeks an experienced professional to lead customer engagements, shape end-to-end delivery proposals, and drive value through solution design and bids. You will work with operations, finance and technical leads to craft tailored, affordable responses for complex sector opportunities.

In this role you will manage stakeholders, refine requirements, and ensure the bid narrative meets client objectives while upholding Maximus standards. Travel to client meetings is expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable service design experience.
• Experience identifying how technology can improve customer experience and value for money.
• Past public sector bidding in Employability, Health, Justice or Contact Centre environments.
• Proven ability to work with bid team and solution workstream stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understand market and bid opportunities to tailor solutions.
• Lead matrix solution team to deliver end-to-end solutions aligned to strategy.
• Develop high-level service designs and communicate to stakeholders.
• Lead bid narrative development and editor reviews for written material.
• Identify risks and coordinate handover to transition teams.
