Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp seeks a Vice President of Product Management for the Industrial Solutions Motors unit. This executive will define the product strategy, own the portfolio roadmap, and drive innovation across the lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.

The role partners with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Leadership to identify opportunities, shape offerings, and ensure timely go-to-market execution. Strong leadership and strategic execution are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from Accredited University required.
• 12+ years of commercial, product or marketing experience with highly engineered products in a complex B2B industrial manufacturing enterprise.
• Proven ability to lead direct and cross‑functional teams and influence in a global structure.
• Strong financial acumen, executive presence, and the ability to lead multiple projects and teams.
• Must be able to travel at least 30% of the time domestically and internationally.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM (i.e. Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Must be able to digest commercial transaction data to manage the product families and identify trends (Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute clear, multi-year product strategies and road maps aligned with overall business goals and market opportunities.
• Manage the entire life cycle of the Industrial Solutions Motors product lines within the division, from concept to end‑of‑life.
• Drive and own the ~300M P&L for the Industrial Solutions business unit, with accountability for portfolio revenue growth, profitability and ROI.
• Champion a customer‑centric approach using VOC, market research, and competitive intelligence.
• Partner cross‑functionally to deliver high‑quality products and solutions to market on time and at scale.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning and delivery through the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) and the 80/20 framework.
• Build and lead a high‑performing product management team with mentorship and clear goals.
