This Product Manager role leads a portfolio of industrial electrical products, owning strategy, profitability, and new product development from concept through launch.

You will translate VOC insights into product improvements, collaborate with sales, engineering, and customers, and drive pricing and lifecycle decisions to support revenue

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management, engineering, or related technical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Experience with industrial or technical products; electrical components or PDBs preferred.
• Strong ability to translate customer requirements into product decisions.
• Strong financial acumen including pricing, cost analysis, and margin management.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, sourcing, and commercial teams.
• Effective communication with customers, stakeholders, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own full product lifecycle including strategy, roadmap, pricing, profitability.
• Lead new product development from concept to commercialization with business cases.
• Translate VOC insights into product requirements and opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, customers, and accounts to define solutions.
• Partner with engineering on specs, performance, and cost targets.
• Work with sourcing to manage cost, quality, and supply continuity.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies to improve margins.
• Support commercial teams with product training and documentation.
• Drive portfolio optimization and lifecycle management.
• Monitor performance and drive revenue and growth targets.
• Prepare and present business cases, forecasts, and updates to leadership.
