Job summary

Enerpac Tool Group Corp. is seeking a senior sales leader to drive strategic account programs across Enterprise Selling, AERO, HLT, DTA and Data Centers.

You will be accountable for overall sales, profitability, and strategic direction, leading managers and individual contributors to deliver objectives. You will develop account strategies, grow Enerpac's presence as a preferred supplier, coordinate marketing programs, and provide forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales or marketing from a four-year college or university.
• 7+ years of related strategic selling and commercial planning experience.
• Ability to develop strategic relationships and mentor team.
• Experience managing managers and individual contributors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement account strategies to increase sales and profits for Enerpac products within strategic verticals.
• Position Enerpac as a preferred supplier within strategic industries.
• Create account programs including marketing promotions, funds, rebates, SKUs and e-commerce content.
• Build relationships with national account offices and Enterprise Selling Teams.
• Drive standard work in Salesforce.com including opportunities and visit reports.
• Lead ECX programs and provide forecasts for focus verticals/accounts.
• Monitor industry trends in national distribution.
• Collaborate with corporate to meet sales objectives.
• Directly manage about $55M of business.
