Enerpac Tool Group Corp. is seeking a senior sales leader to drive strategic account programs across Enterprise Selling, AERO, HLT, DTA and Data Centers.
You will be accountable for overall sales, profitability, and strategic direction, leading managers and individual contributors to deliver objectives. You will develop account strategies, grow Enerpac's presence as a preferred supplier, coordinate marketing programs, and provide forecasts.

Responsible for managing the sales of our strategic business which includes the following verticals: Enterprise Selling, AERO, HLT (heavy lifting technology), DTA and Data Centers. This leader will be responsible for the overall sales, profitability, and strategic direction of these focus areas. They will manager a team of managers as well as individual contributors to help deliver on the objectives.
Monday – Friday; evenings and weekends may be required
Remote, US – Must reside in the United States
Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university in sales or marketing; plus 7+ years related experience in the strategic selling and commercial planning.
Employee may have to lift documents/work materials up to 30 pounds in weight. Employee may have to lift tools up to 100 pounds in weight. Employee will have to be able to walk/climb to a variety of primary work locations, including traveling by air/auto to remote sites. This can include occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and the like. Employee will need to listen, understand, and speak with team members in person, telephonically, and electronically at all levels within a diverse workforce and with supported organizations. Employee can work in front of a personal computer and telephone for long periods of time. Will have repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
Primary work environment is temperature-controlled office setting but may also be visiting different customers where following appropriate safety protocols at the location would be required. While visiting customers, employee may occasionally be exposed to high/low temperatures, outdoor elements (such as precipitation and wind), high levels of noise, hazardous conditions, poor ventilation, small and/or enclosed spaces, or adverse environmental conditions.
