Enerpac Tool Group Corp. seeks a Product Sales Specialist to drive profitability for assigned products, coordinating with Operations, Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, Sales, Customers, and others as a business SME.

You will act as a technical or business resource, develop plans to proactively grow the customer base, and manage the sales development process from consultation to commercialization.

Competenze

• Seven (7) + years of experience in industrial sales.
• Two to five years in account management, product management, or project leadership.
• Ability to manage multimillion-dollar territory and travel ~50%.

• Manage the sales development process from consultation to commercialization.
• Expand product portfolio with existing accounts and identify new customers.
• Sell consultatively, detailing products and customer needs to prospects and existing customers.
• Build long-term relationships by understanding key business drivers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet customer requirements.
• Create financial and technical documents for customer proposals.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with team members and departments to optimize sales effort.
• Attend industry trade shows to identify leads and contact customers.
• Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
• Travel approximately 50% of the time with day and overnight travel.
