Job summary

Great Gray Group is seeking a Director, Strategic Implementations to lead complex customer implementations of our SaaS technology. You will own scoping, planning, and end-to-end delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining alignment with the SOW.

The role requires 10+ years in complex delivery, 5+ years in SaaS implementations, and strong stakeholder management. Boston-based with hybrid onsite/remote travel and visa eligibility constraints noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a relevant field.
• 10+ years owning complex cross-functional delivery with outcomes.
• 5+ years managing complex SaaS implementations.
• Experience building bespoke solutions on top of existing SaaS technology.
• Strong communication to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex customer implementations, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
• Develop detailed project plans with agendas, actions and status updates.
• Coordinate delivery across Product, Technology, Marketing and Onboarding teams.
• Drive on-time delivery by managing risks and removing barriers.
• Communicate implementation plans to internal and external stakeholders and maintain the SOW.
