Partner Company is seeking an experienced Client SaaS Implementation Lead in the United States to guide complex onboarding initiatives and ensure successful adoption of enterprise software solutions.

The role serves as a strategic partner among clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders throughout discovery and implementation, translating business needs into requirements and delivering scalable solutions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in SaaS implementation or related consulting environments.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with health/welfare benefits administration or HR tech is valued.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills for evaluating requirements.

We are seeking an experienced Client SaaS Implementation Lead to guide complex client onboarding initiatives and ensure successful adoption of enterprise software solutions.
This role serves as a strategic partner between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders throughout the discovery and implementation lifecycle.
You will translate business needs into clear requirements, manage expectations, and help deliver scalable solutions that improve client outcomes.
The position requires strong project leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to navigate complex implementations in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams while acting as a trusted advisor to clients and driving continuous process improvement.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who combines technical understanding, client engagement skills, and operational excellence.

Accountabilities:

The Client SaaS Implementation Lead will own the discovery and planning phases of strategic client implementations, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to successfully coordinate multiple complex initiatives.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams throughout onboarding strategy, discovery, and requirements definition.

  • Communicate project objectives, progress updates, risks, and outcomes clearly to clients, team members, and executive stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple strategic and complex implementation projects while maintaining alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve client value and expand service offerings.
  • Define, document, and improve implementation processes through measurement, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong SaaS implementation experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex client engagements in a highly collaborative environment.

  • 5+ years of proven experience in SaaS implementation, client onboarding, benefits administration technology, or related consulting environments.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with health and welfare benefits administration, HR technology, IT consulting, or enterprise software implementations is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to evaluate complex business requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Proven experience leading multiple strategic projects simultaneously with successful delivery against scope, timeline, and budget objectives.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
