Job summary

Relias is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end onboarding for mid-market and enterprise healthcare customers across Relias products and solutions. You will manage post-sale to launch activities, including technical setup and configuration and overall project planning.

You will drive internal collaboration with technical, clinical, change management, and account management teams to ensure on-time delivery, scope adherence, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 years in project management managing customer-facing projects.
• 3 years implementing SaaS-based products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer implementation of the Relias Platform for multiple solutions.
• Coordinate internal resources across technical, clinical, change management, and account management teams.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and contingency plans.
