Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Strategic Project Lead to own AI data projects from inception to delivery in a fully remote capacity. The role requires leadership of data operations and collaboration with AI Lab clients on large-scale initiatives.

You will own and optimize data pipelines, define KPIs with human data managers, and provide executive updates on project performance and impact. 10-40 hours per week, remote.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in data operations, engineering, or computer science.
• Proven leadership in driving operational processes and managing large-scale data projects.
• Passion for building from the ground up and executing rapid solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the project end to end, ensuring top AI Lab clients are extremely happy.
• Own and manage data pipelines, improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Manage a team of human data managers & leads reviewing the tasks of experts.
• Communicate directly with top AI Labs on massive projects.
• Work with human data engineers to define and manage KPIs.
• Provide executive-level insights and updates on key projects, data performance, and operational impact.
