Crossing Hurdles is hiring a fully remote Associate Data Partnerships Manager to drive partnerships around operational data and AI training data usage. You will engage senior leaders, articulate data value, and navigate privacy and data ownership in fast-moving environments.

Key duties include structuring partnerships, negotiating terms, and building a strong pipeline while collaborating with internal teams to onboard new partners.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing, negotiating, and closing B2B partnerships.
• Strong credibility with senior decision-makers.
• Experience outbound prospecting and pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage companies with valuable operational data across industries.
• Build relationships with founders, executives, and operational leaders.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand business processes and partnership potential.
• Educate prospective partners on using workflow data for AI training and evaluation.
• Lead conversations around privacy, security, anonymization, data ownership, and compliance.
• Design partnership structures aligning company goals with AI customer needs.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership agreements.
• Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new partners.
