Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
8 years experience with product development for a specific modality.
5 years of experience in marketing product features as they relate to clinical benefits.
Proficiency with Windows-based software environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement business cases, strategies and programs for new products/services features.
Lead product launch plans and adherence to the New Product Introduction process.
Provide technical clarification to R&D during implementation.
Collaborate with regulatory, medical affairs and FDA readiness activities.
Manage price book development and competitive analyses for field sales.
Coordinate cross-functional NPI team and maintain cadence across the BU.
