Job summary

You will drive service requirements for new product development and market introduction, coordinate with upstream service marketing, and own CIRB/GCIRB action items across global teams. You will lead corrective actions, develop service models, and coordinate with engineering and product teams to ensure serviceability and cost targets are met.

Qualifications

• Outstanding written and verbal communications skills.
• 4 Year / bachelor's degree engineering degree or equivalent experience in the medical imaging industry.
• 4 years engineering experience with emphasis in systems level design or project management.
• 4 years project management experience in multi-project environments.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Ability to perform 100% remote work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage corrective action plans for installed base and new products.
• Perform in a cross-functional role to ensure good engineering practices are followed in accordance with Canon policies.
• Drive process improvements through documented business plans; including ROI estimates.
• Proactively drive process improvements throughout the Service and Product Engineering environments.
• Interact with global service design teams to develop deployment plans for medical imaging products and service tools.
• Provide project leadership and establish schedules for departmental deliverables.
