Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive service requirements for new product development and US market introduction.
• Collaborate with upstream marketing to define business requirements and serviceability specs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, R/D and service teams to ensure CTQ attainment.
• Develop service models and cost reduction initiatives for modalities and产品 lines.
• Coordinate global deployment plans with service design teams across Canon companies.
• Provide technical leadership and documentation for service tools and training.
• Interface with Regulatory Affairs to resolve complaints and MDRs.
